Pro-Marriage Rally Planned in Sydney for 20 September 2015

button - a mere holding actionAt the conclusion of National Marriage Week, non-political pro-marriage rallies and marches will be held on Sunday 20th September 2015 in all Capital Cities across Australia. The public displays of support for the traditional concept of marriage (what was once simply called marriage) are being organised in cooperation with Unity Australia.

Several prominent Christian and Community Leaders have been invited to speak at the Sydney Rally, at 4pm, including Bishop Daniel, Rev. Peter Bentley and Ps. Peter Walker. Speakers invited include Archbishop Glenn Davies, Archbishop Anthony Fisher, Bishop Mar Zaia, Bishop Najarian, Ps. Phil Pringle and Ps. Brian Huston.¹

The Unity Australia Task Force is acting on behalf of the following individuals and organisations: Rob Greaves of Victory Life, Terry Hall and Sandra Hewitt of Unity Australia, the Rev. Fred Nile of the Christian Democratic Party, Peter Kentley of Christian Federation, Ray Moran of Australian Christians, Dennis Outred of Marriage Week, Jack Sonnemann of the Australian Federation for the Family, Dwight Randall of Life Ministries, Gamiel Helmy of Australian Christian Nation Association, as well as Family Voice, Saltshakers, the Democratic Labor Party, Family First, and the National Alliance of Christian Leaders.

Friends and associates of the Sydney Traditionalist Forum are naturally encouraged to attend and participate in this event. It is important that we show local political and cultural leaders that attempts to redefine an institution that predates the State will not be tolerated.
