Admin Notice

In the last hour, we’ve noticed that our logo (feature image), custom menu and background image have all disappeared from our website. Attempts to correct this at the WP Admin Dashboard do not seem to be publishing online. The system appears to be non-responsive. A request for technical assistance has been sent to the WordPress’ customer service team and hopefully this matter will be resolved soon.

Update

At about 7pm (Sydney time) the custom menu reappeared by itself; an attempt to reassign the logo and the background image by the web administrator has also been successful. We have no idea what may have caused this anomaly; hopefully the WordPress’ customer care may provide an explanation when they revert to us. In the meantime, we are glad that things have returned to normal.
